We ship to all 27 governorates with a tracked courier. Here's what it costs, how long it takes and what to do if something isn't right.

Making time
Most pieces are made after you order. Each product page shows its lead time, usually 7 to 14 days and up to 21 for the crib mobile. Pieces marked ready to ship leave within three working days.
Delivery
- Cairo and Giza: 60 EGP, 1–2 days after dispatch
- Delta and Canal cities: 65–75 EGP, 2–4 days
- Upper Egypt: 80–100 EGP, 3–6 days
- Red Sea, Matrouh, Sinai and New Valley: 110–120 EGP, 4–7 days
- Free shipping on orders of 2,000 EGP or more
Exchanges and returns
Unworn, unpersonalized pieces can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
Personalized pieces
Pieces with a name or initial are made for one baby, so they can't be returned. If we made a mistake, we'll remake it for free.
