Why handmade

A machine makes a romper in minutes. Ours take around fourteen hours, and that's the point.

  • Soft and safe yarn

Milk cotton that doesn't shed or pill, embroidered eyes instead of plastic, and seams knotted twice. Safe from day one.

  • Made with love

Every stitch is worked by hand in our studio, by people who are parents themselves.

  • Made to order

No warehouse shelves. Your piece is made for you after you order, usually within one to two weeks.

  • Personalized

Names, initials and colours chosen by you, so the piece belongs to one baby only.

It started with one ball of yarn

Tiny Cuddles began at a kitchen table with a crochet hook and a baby on the way. Today a small team of makers crochets and knits every piece by hand, slowly, the way it has always been done.

A baby in a mustard romper with a star-shaped hood
Rated 5 out of 5

The star hood gets a compliment every single time we go out. The 3–6 month size fits my daughter with room to grow.
